Fancied some HDR.. so here we go. Some recent pics from the weekend Gayle came from France and we explored London.

Gayle wanted to go on the London Eye.. i’m not particularly good with enclosed glass pods you are confined in for 45 mins, but i braved it. It really didn’t help that they called it “your flight on the eye”… including the word “flight” doesn’t ease the stress. I had to have an ice cream to recover.

I took this at one of the more recent stays in London. From staying at St. Mary’s over many years i have seen the development of the Paddington Basin. It’s been finished for a few years and i have to say it looks great. I love the canal boats along Grand Union Canal, it almost doesn’t feel like London.. hard to explain!

I visited Lulworth Castle, well we didn’t actually go in, as it’s £8.50 for an adult.. pfft! I did manage to take some pics of some random stuff outside :)!

Spot the lonely man...

I hadn’t been out for a while with my camera so took it upon myself to explore West Dorset today. My Grandpa is quite unwell at the moment, so it’s all been quite stressful at home.

Anyway, I liked the look of these train tracks, and thus decided to snap them. I like railway lines; perhaps it is the delineation of a path to many a destination. I find them fascinating!
